Look closely and you will see the celtic sea turtles pointing to the four corners of the earth.
This painting gives the viewer the feeling of looking upward. As if looking upward through a lush forest or jungle and then seeing the light from above.
“Trust” This piece was painted in a deep Irish green. The large knotwork cross in the middle was done with a very bold gold leaf. A beautiful piece inspired by the work of the ancient manuscripts. The letter is inlayed with 23k gold and has spirals and knots throughout.
The inspiration for this piece came from the carpet pages from the “Book of Kells”.
