“Cordelia”
Cordelia, in Irish, means jewel of the sea. I thought this looked like a beautiful ornate jewel that I would love to find at the bottom of the sea. The colors are varying greens and blues and turquoise with 23kt gold diamonds on the top and bottom.

The inspiration for this piece came from the carpet pages from the “Book of Kells”.
“Trust” This piece was painted in a deep Irish green. The large knotwork cross in the middle was done with a very bold gold leaf. This painting gives the viewer the feeling of looking upward. As if looking upward through a lush forest or jungle and then seeing the light from above.
I just love hearts and all shapes really including the beautiful gold diamond in the middle!
