“Eternity Shield”

“The Lord is my strength and my shield;
My heart trusts and I am helped.”
Psalm 28:7
This is the verse that inspires me so much on this piece. So the cross is made up of four shields and encircled by the eternity circle of protection. This represents the protection that Lord has promises us. The shield is done in orange, golden, and green colors and again accented by 23k gold.

Acrylic, gouache, ink
23k gold leaf on watercolor paper
